1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the after-view website and the founder distribution service we offer. By visiting the site or requesting content ideas, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Who we are
after-view provides a done-for-you short-form content system that helps founders build visibility and credibility on TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X. You can reach us at lucian@after-view.com.
3. Using the site
You may use the site for personal and business research. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malware, or scrape content without permission. We may restrict access at our discretion if we believe the site is being misused.
4. The service
Our service is a month-to-month founder distribution system priced at €1,500 per month. There is no minimum term and you can cancel at any time with notice before your next billing date. The service includes positioning, scripting, editing, and publishing of short-form video content. Specific deliverables are confirmed in a separate agreement when you become a client.
5. Free content ideas
When you request 3 free content ideas through the lead form, we use the name, email, and link you provide to prepare and send those ideas. There is no obligation to become a client. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, design, and the blog, is owned by after-view or its licensors. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy, republish, or redistribute our content without written permission. Client-created video content remains the property of the client subject to our separate service agreement.
7. Testimonials
Testimonials and results shown on the site reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of future results. We only publish testimonials with the consent of the person named, and they can ask us to remove them at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
We work hard to deliver a high-quality service, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous 12 months, or €100 if you have not been a client. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Romania, though you retain your mandatory consumer rights under EU law.
